LTI Apps Support provides Type-1 and Type-2 support for Pharma Solutions in various CSS , Quality System applications 2. Good background in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in heavily regulated environment 3. Should have excellent communication and reporting capabilites 4. Should be ready to work in Shifts 5. Should be ready for self learn, have a customer /solution oriented mindset. 6. Support experience preferred. 7. Establish of B2B communication between CMO\'s and Partner 8. Configuration of Product & Company master data and EPCIS testing. 9. Serial numbers request and response checktesting 10. Testing between L3 & L4 system 11. Validation of B2B connection and operation 12. Customer requested changesupdates in the EPCIS file Tools - Tracelink Responsibility 1. ComplianceWire : Level 2 Support - User Account management for Global ComplianceWire issues , Password reset and routing tickets of Local Sites to Site Administrators, and to L3. 2. Serialization: User account creation , re-queuing jobs, basic checks for product addition and queue management\'\'\'\' \'\' \'
