Overview:
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Consultant (Operations & Monitoring) to support strategic project execution across government-led education initiatives. The role demands strong operational rigor, analytical capability, and stakeholder alignment to drive program performance and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
Track KPIs and performance indicators to drive evidence-based decision-making.
Prepare progress reports, MIS inputs, and maintain program dashboards.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
Provide operational and analytical support to enhance program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams, government departments, and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined execution.
Key Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM or a relevant postgraduate degree.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
Experience in at least two projects executed with Central or State Government agencies or departments.
