Job Description

Telcom domain with good component design experience Key Responsibilities Design and develop components for systems such as transmissions drivetrains electronics or structural assemblies Create and maintain design documentation including 3D models 2D drawings DFMEA DVP R and BOMs Perform tolerance stack up analysis and apply GD T principles Collaborate with cross functional teams including systems engineering manufacturing and suppliers Conduct design reviews and support prototype builds and testing Analyze test data and iterate designs to meet performance cost and reliability targets Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes Support root cause analysis and resolution of field or production issues Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering 6 8 years of experience in component design and development Proficiency in CAD tools e g CATIA NX SolidWorks Strong understanding of materials manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability Experience with FEA tools e g ANSYS and simulation driven design Familiarity with PLM systems and engineering change management
