Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant, Internal Audit / SOX!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all activities throughout the Operational Risk requirement areas. Apply concepts of risk assessment, and perform tests of internal controls.
Responsibilities

• Perform in TOD (Test of Design), and OET (Operating effectiveness testing) of allocated controls.
• Lead Control & Process level Walk-Throughs & also help team in Pre-Walkthrough preparations.
• Understand clients\' requirements and proactively manage and complete assigned deliverables within budgeted time.
• Experience in Internal Audit + SOX/IFC is required
• Should be able to lead Control & Process level Walk-Throughs
• Must have performed in TOD (Test of Design), and OET (Operating effectiveness testing) in previous Job roles.
• Must possesses good communication and drafting skills
• Experience in BFS and/ or risk and compliance domain
• Understand clients\' requirements and proactively manage and complete assigned deliverables within budgeted time.
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training.
• Some experience in ITGC would be an added advantage.
• Report preparation and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations.
• Hands on experience in working on Word, Excel, PDF.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Relevant experience in Risk, Audit, or Compliance, or equivalent, preferably within consulting.
• CA Final/MBA/BTech/CA last level dropout/CIA
• Operational risk and control experience in a variety of corporate domains: technology, compliance, finance, payments, human resources, etc.
• GRC Tool and reporting tool experience
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Process improvement initiatives; proficient in metrics/KRIs assessment and reporting
• Hands on experience in working on Word, Excel, PDF.

Preferred qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a diversified team
• Must possesses good communication and drafting skills
• Managing, organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities; ability to work under pressure managing to tight deadlines and / or unexpected changes
