Product Owner
Role Responsibilities
Delivery of the highest quality data processing and analytical systems, working in Agile projects comprised of multidisciplinary teams.
Understand key business and lab priorities, develop a prioritised, scheduled backlog of work for the team, setting clear direction and success criteria and identifying and mitigating risks to delivery.
Responsible for the release of incremental value contributing towards a holistic product, project or service with the main goal of realising value for customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the team are working on the right priorities.
Foster a collaborative, empowered culture within your team nurturing the team to take ownership of the relevant outcomes.
Put customers and their data at the heart of the solutions we deliver.
The Product Owner is responsible for the release of incremental value contributing towards a holistic product, project or service with the main goal of realising value for customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the team are working on the right priorities. This is achieved by fostering collaborative, empowered teams, nurturing them to take ownership of the relevant outcomes. As well as stimulating innovation and mitigating risk by conducting data driven test and learn activities.
