Responsibilities The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain low latency, high-performance electronic trading platform components, with a focus on client connectivity, order state management and risk controls
Deliver continuous optimization for latency, scale and resiliency improvements
Collaborating as part of a cross functional Agile team to create and enhance software that enables state of the art, next generation client connectivity platform development
Participate in system builds for various client requirements globally, have curiosity and interest in understanding market microstructure details, work closely with engineering, sales and product teams in globally for successful delivery of projects.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Candidate should have proven experience in Core JAVA
3 years of professional experience developing deterministic high performance, low latency systems in Java
Strong knowledge of object oriented programming, data structures and algorithms
Experience in complete development lifecycle and designing global systems using Agile Methodology
Prior experience with FIX protocol is a plus
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or Electronics/Electrical engineering from reputed College/University
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Education: Any Graduate
