Job Description

1. Managing Clients and Projects
Working with client and project management team to provide EHS advisory services;

Proposal development and Project management as per ERM requirements;

Escalate project related problems or queries as appropriate to ensure timely and swift resolutions;

Ensuring all project KPI are met;

Knowledge of Process Safety and/or Circular Economy will be added advantage

2. Personal Leadership
Ability and interest to develop technical or subject matter knowledge to be able to talk to client efficiently;

Build working knowledge of ERM vision and strategy;

Work effectively within the team

3. People Leadership and Development
Communicate clearly with peers, colleagues, clients, sub-contractors, as applicable, to ensure understanding and alignment around project work;

Build successful and effective working relationships with immediate colleagues and within the practice area/business unit to ensure delivery of project tasks and to strengthen knowledge/resource base;

Follow safe working practices, including contributing to HASPs, completing JMPs, and submitting ECS entries

4. Business Development Activities
Conduct research, gather data (collection or monitoring), and analyses information to support and delivery EHS training/workshops related work, either in office or during supervised field work;

Build awareness and understanding of ERM products and services in the relevant practice area(s);

Respond to project team or client queries in an accurate, effective and timely manner.

Requirement:

1. Education Qualification:
Postgraduate in Environmental Science/Environment Management/Environmental Engineering/EHS; OR

MBA with Graduation in Environment or EHS

Lead Auditor of IS0 14001/45000

Certificate in Process Safety and/or Circular Economy

2. Experience:
7-8 years of work experience in EHS or Sustainability.

Experience of working with Big 4 or other sustainability consulting firm; OR working experience with Technology Sector/Facility Management/Manufacturing Sector

Experience of managing and delivering EHS Management Systems or Audit work;

Experience in delivering / conducting EHS training/workshop;

Experience of managing and delivering Process Safety or Circular Economy;
