ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• looking for a talented Senior Systems Engineer to manage our existing VMware and Hyper-V infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as they arise. The ideal candidate for this position needs to prioritize mission critical tasks and coordinate the construction and expansion of our systems. Should be an Innovative problem-solver and motivated strategist
• Good hands-on Experience on VMware ESX and Hyper-V related technologies is a must.
• Strong Knowledge working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP. Candidate should have proven track record of managing Multi forest / Multi Domain Environment / Multi Data Centers.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge and hands on experience on DFS, ACL s and File share and Services
• Good Hands-On Knowledge of WSUS (Patching), Storage and Backup and restore Technologies
• Expertise in managing Certificate Services and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
• Expertise in managing Windows and SQL Clusters
• Clear understanding and hands on experience on Microsoft Azure (IAAS)
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products across datacenters.
• Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills.
• Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes,
• and service records.
• Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management
• Excellent understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in systems management (MCSE is must)
• Certification in VMware is a must
• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Systems
