ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advanced Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or Quantitative related disciplines
• Proven ability to apply modeling and analytical skills to real-world problems
• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
• Experience with deployment of machine learning and statistical models on a GCP using the Vertex AI platform
• Possess strong skills in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, etc.
• Exposure and a good understanding of building batch and real-time data pipelines using tool stack in GCP
• Practical knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Design, build, and lead the development of cloud-native applications using the Google Cloud Platform services.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying projects in GCP suite, including GCP Suite such as Big Query, Data Flow, Data Fusion, Google Cloud Storage, Composer, Looker, etc.
• Experience in building ML models using BigQuery ML
• Experience in writing and managing complex queries using BigQuery
• Exposure and knowledge of exporting data from BigQuery to the Vertex AI platform
