Senior Consultant (Customer Strategy & Applied Design | Pricing Product & Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance and Pricing Assessment:

- Evaluate and assess current performance and pricing capabilities and policies of clients. Benchmark these against industry-leading practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Contribute to the (re)design of pricing processes and assist in developing a target operation model.

2. Pricing Model Development:

- Develop robust pricing models, technology designs, and capabilities to accurately capture the true value of products and services.

- Utilize analytical tools to conduct transactional-level analysis and identify significant pricing drivers. Evaluate various pricing and revenue optimization opportunities, providing clients with sustainable solutions for long-term benefit realization.

3. Value-Based Pricing Solutions:

Collaborate with clients to architect value-based pricing solutions, ensuring maximum potential and alignment with business objectives.

- Create segmented pricing and offering structures based on customer willingness to pay and perceived value.

4. Promotional Effectiveness: - Assist clients in establishing promotional objectives and develop a toolkit for tracking and measuring promotion effectiveness. Analyze and optimize clients current CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) process to enhance commercial productivity.

5. Pricing Solution Implementation: - Implement pricing solutions to achieve profitable growth and improve both top- and bottom-line performance for clients. Facilitate the adoption of new pricing tools and methodologies to maximize the benefits of pricing transformation programs.

6. Practice Development and Eminence: - Drive commercial growth by supporting colleagues with practice development and eminence in the Pricing space. Act as a key topic content lead for proposals and other business development activities, contributing to the growth of the Pricing practice.

7. Thought Leadership and Expertise Building: - Contribute to building Pricing expertise within Organizations. Increase the firm\'s external profile by creating new solutions and methodologies, publishing ideas and thought leadership, and developing repeatable toolkits for use by project teams.
