Description: C++ Developer-for a leading investment bank in Fixed Income division. As a C++ developer in our team, you will have the ability to drive the future of the system that makes the calculation possible of thousands of trades each day.You will:Develop back-office applications and tools for our traders, modellers and desk strategists primarily using C++17Partner with users, understand user requests, and provide engineer-level solutions using our gridsYou have:5+ years of experience as C++ DeveloperProficient C++ 11/14 development skills using the standard library, OOP techniques, template metaprogramming, policy-based design, unit testingDeep insight in OO programming in C++Experience with Linux platformsWrite and debug complex multithreaded systemsKnowledge of scripting languages such as Python/PerlVery good problem solving skills and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work under pressure and devise practical solutionsAbility to multitask and manage prioritiesExcellent communicational skills and able to work with traders, desk strategists and risk departmentsTeam profile:The Securitized Products Technology Group develops and supports fixed income analytics applications for the various Securitized Products trading desks across the firm. The applications we develop involve a platform for computing marks, risk and other valuation metrics, as well as valuation-oriented tools for traders and desk strategists. Our team is distributed between New York, London, Montreal, and Budapest, and has 10 members.
