Job Title : Senior Communication Specialist Location: Chennai, India Join Us! The Communication Specialist - Will be reporting to Head of Global Communications and will be working from the Chennai Linxon office. You will be a part of the global communications core team. What will you do Prepare and publish content on all internal and external platforms. Internal communications - draft and publish stories on Infolinx. Improved web and social media content - draft and publish external stories. Improve and develop all internal and external platforms. Functional support to all internal stakeholders. Global visibility on our internal and external platforms including social media - deliverables of strong and interesting stories with text and photo. Graphical material / multimedia such as presentations, videos, on-line print material. Prepare graphics for events, conferences, and panel discussions. Fortify the Linxon brand recognition. Coordinate and plan productions and activities with the global Communication team. Experience and Education Required : At least 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, in an agency or in-house. Bachelor\'s degree or higher in marketing, communications, business management or related field. Experience supporting a global organization. Proven capabilities in web mastering and content management. Experience from communications roles. Understanding of newsworthy elements in the business, to pick these up and convert into interesting stories - written, video or other means of communication. Extremely good knowledge in Intranet, web, and social media platforms - for publishing, sharing, and developing the channel. The role requires demonstrable expertise in content creation, marketing communications, digital (social media, web), internal communications and change management.
