What you\'ll do

• Communication Planning: develop and execute communication plans across multiple disciplines to achieve desired goals.
• Provide consultation and advice to DigITal Leaders, Program & Project Managers in translating communication objectives into a communication plan and ensuring alignment with the overall Signify and DigITal strategy.
• Communication Activities: plan, develop and realize communication activities for all new or changing IT-related services/initiatives as part of the communication plan (announcements, newsletters, townhalls, etc.).
• Responsible for the content and presentation on Signify channels (newsletters, Portal, Viva Engage, and SharePoint among others) within guidelines to maximize the use of social media and communication channels.
• Internal Communications: responsible for all internal communications within the DigITal organization to inform and engage DigITal employees about the strategy, projects, updates etc., and supporting the DigITal Leadership Team with Hoshin, preparing Signify Leadership presentations and meetings.
• Maintain and use the network of communication entities within Digital Signify to create additional possibilities to communicate with all stakeholders.
• Advise the relevant stakeholders on crisis management communications via predefined templates and training.
• Align communication for Digital with Signify Corporate Communications.
• Innovate communication through experimentation with new concepts, technologies, and channels.
• Team up with your peers in the CDIO (Chief Digital Information Officer) Office Management Team, who are responsible for Digital Strategy, PMO (Project Management Office), Agile/LEAN Change Management, Risk and Compliance Coordination, Digital Excellence, and Supplier Governance.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 8-10+ years of work experience in change management, marketing and/or internal/external communications roles.
• Relevant experience in DigITal and IT organizations or in comparable domains and the ability to translate complex technical IT-related topics into simple and engaging messages.
• Must have Exceptional writing and Presentation skills in English.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing communication strategies that have resulted in measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with communication tools and technologies.
• Ability to build a network with the key contacts in and outside DigITal to keep abreast of new developments/insights.
• Proactive and self-motivated with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• Previous experience in large international organizations.
• Experience in managing internal and external events.
