Senior Colleague Success Services Specialist Position Summary: This colleague will be part of a foundational team that provides excellent colleague services for just in time, accurate and efficient responses. This is a full-time role that will report to the Colleague Success Services Manager, supporting all tactical regional processes and procedures. Responsibilities cross all functions within Colleague Success (HR), including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leave tracking, records retention, compliance, benefits administration, global mobility, talent systems and analytics, answering colleague queries, and terminations. This colleague will need to analyze data and hence the one with an eye for detail, zeal to achieve the targets, and quick learning abilities is preferred. We aim to provide excellent colleague experience and those team players who are eager to make a difference will flourish. Responsibilities: Work is independent and collaborative in nature. Provides regular updates to manager on regional data/support provided and work in progress. Responding to queries raised by colleagues, managers, vendors, and Colleague Success team globally to process data related to the entire colleague lifecycle. Enable self-service culture and improve colleague experience Creation of workflows to obtain approvals in SuccessFactors, and other tools Foundational reporting Complete responsibility of exit process in the region. This includes working as the main point-of-contact for terminated colleagues, managers, and other Colleague Success team members. Facilitate the offboarding process in accordance with each country\'s laws, guidelines, and practices. SEP PAFs, tickets and exit interview are the key aspects of this process. Supporting Payroll team by timely monthly data submission Compliance acknowledgement tracking and documentation Provide ad-hoc reporting support, perform data analysis for Colleague Success team members Deliver an exceptional colleague experience through simplifying experiences, creating, and leveraging templates, utilizing technology. Complete ownership of the separation process. Handling \'change PAFs process\' end to end in SuccessFactors and collaborating with the managers, leaders to acquire data related to these change actions. Act as an escalation point for queries raised using ticketing system. Plays the \'checker\' role to make sure there are no mistakes. Shoulders the regional data analysis and SLA tracking responsibility for the region. Acting as a \'Buddy\' for new joiners. Supporting advanced functionality/solutions support via phone, email, and web, utilizing the ticket tracking system, knowledge base, and independent thinking. Responsibility of providing accurate data to auditors Providing tactical support in the processes including, but not limited to: Handles escalated queries Complex Employment contracts & offer letters Onboarding new colleagues in unique situations and regions Education assistance in unique situations Support to Social & wellbeing programs where escalation is needed Verification of employment & background checks in diverse situations Employment change administration in unique situations Complex colleague data administration High impact benefits administration Complex learning & Development support Escalated leave and holiday entitlement queries and administration Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Providing tactical support in the processes including, but not limited to: benefits administration, regional/ global audit, payroll actions, ASR documentation and query solving. Using their experience, and as CSS team has the most frequent contact with colleagues, Senior Specialists may be called on to provide input to the CRS or other Colleague Success team to summarize user feedback. Senior specialists are occasionally directed in a few aspects of their work however, majority of the tasks are accomplished without assistance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managers/leadership. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: 6+ years of experience in an HR/ Talent/Colleague Success function Quick learner, with a flexible and proactive attitude who is comfortable with change and continuous improvement Working knowledge of MS Office & Talent Management tools (SAP SuccessFactors, preferred) Detail-oriented & process-driven approach. Strong attention to details, follow-up, and organizational skills Passion and sense of urgency for execution. Strong customer-service and solution-oriented mindset. Work independently with minimal supervision, in ambiguous situations, and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions. Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement Self-motivated, ability to prioritize tasks and autonomously work on assigned task to meet timelines Must be articulate, have strong oral and written communication skills, and a professional demeanor Other than command over English language, fluency in Mandarin/French/Spanish/Japanese language will be an added advantage.
