Your Team The Security Operations team supports security systems and processes across APAC to secure its internal and external clients. The team is responsible for administering security systems, develop standards, manage security incidents, provide guidance among others. We collaborate with cybersecurity teams and specialists spread out globally across Avaloq and are thoroughly excited by the challenges that come our way. Your Mission

• Manage Cloud Posture Management and Cloud Workload Protection Controls
• Monitoring, assessment and remediation of vulnerabilities and threats on cloud assets
• Manage and Monitor AWS native Security Controls
• Run Cloud Continuous Monitoring reporting/metrics governing all security compliance/hygiene issues across the Cloud ecosystem using CSPM and CWPP
• Collect security-related operational metrics through automation and increase security visibility across the organization
• Measure the coverage and effectiveness of security tools and periodically report the security state of the Cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to the production of regular KPI reports ensuring the data is meaningful and appropriate actions are taken
• Good understanding of AWS concepts & container frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS mandatory), cloud security tools and Security as a Service solutions (Prisma Cloud, CloudFlare)
• Preferably certified in AWS Security and Palo Alto Prisma Cloud.
• Candidate should have good working knowledge of the tools and processes to provide operational security support to our Cloud ecosystem
• Train fellow team members on Cloud Security Operations
• Support team's operations with weekend and on-call support as required.

Qualifications
What you need

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, i.e. in a combination role of security risk, information security and IT.
• Degree in tertiary studies in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT Security, Business IT, or IT engineering would be an advantage.
• Preferably certified in AWS Security and Palo Alto Prisma Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS mandatory), cloud security tools and Security as a Service solutions (Prisma Cloud, CloudFlare)
• Candidate should have good working knowledge of the tools and processes to provide operational security support to our Cloud ecosystem
• Proven experience in analysis, identifying, monitoring and controlling security risks
• Experience in managing Cloud or On-Prem solutions for Identity & Access management, Intrusion Prevention, Data Leakage Prevention etc.,
