Team And Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Engineer to bring in Cloud and DevOps solution implementation experience to our RegCloud world catering to our SaaS and PaaS cloud offerings. This role provides an opportunity to work individually and with a team as well. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Cloud Development Ops. Responsibilities Hands-on technical coding across all areas of the build, release, and operations to ensure delivery of exceptional DevOps technical solutions Have at least a broad understanding of technology, process, people, and practice for: Agile / scrum methods Build and release management Infrastructure strategy and operations Operations service delivery and support IT organizational structure and responsibilities Business continuity Security Work closely with Cloud Operations team to build and support continuous integration, continuous delivery, deployment, and maintenance tooling. Work closely with the Security team to develop security automation and security monitoring to ensure highly secure operations. Work closely with other Development and Operations teams to understand complex product requirements and translate them into automated solutions. Document and present DevOps practices to internal teams and wider teams to promote DevOps. Undertake & own ad-hoc related projects and duties from time to time Skills And Requirements 6-8 years of experience building great software using updated tools with experience in cloud architecture as well Bachelor\'s Degree degree or equivalent Computer Science background preferred Good knowledge of Continuous Integration - Continuous Delivery (CI-CD) /DevOps concept and tools Excellent communication Good exposure to operational experience Effective problem-solving expertise Configuration management knowledge Good knowledge of public cloud offerings (preferably AWS) on network, security, compute, storage, and continuous integration Familiarity with Cloud security and application management ecosystems, including areas of security automation, security monitoring and alert, application monitoring, and alert Technical knowledge Mandatory (Hands-on experience) Linux and/or Windows Cloud Computing - AWS/GCP/OCI etc. for Junior DevOps Engineer Cloud Computing - AWS know-how for Senior DevOps Engineer Infrastructure Automation (Terraform/Cloud Formation, Packer, Chef/Puppet/Ansible, etc.) SCM Tools (SVN/Git/Perforce/Mercurial, etc.) Scripting Languages (Bash/Perl/Python, etc.) RDBMS/SQL - mandatory for Senior DevOps Engineer Optional Skillset Build Tools (Ant/NAnt/MSBuild/Rake/GNU Make, etc.) Agile Tools (Rally, Jira, Version One, etc.) Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins/Cruise/TeamCity/Hudson etc.) Application Servers, servlet containers, and web servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.) AWS/GCP/OCI certifications Java More About Us Our Office: Adenza Mumbai is located on the 2nd floor of the Ackruti Center Point building.
