The Catering & Events Sales Manager drives growth by generating leads, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves managing the sales process from inquiry to execution, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to grow the catering business.
  • Identify and convert leads into clients.
  • Engage with clients to propose tailored catering solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate events, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all event planning and execution, managing teams and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Promote catering services, manage sales pipelines, and optimize revenue across regions.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze competition, and contribute to global sales strategies.
  • Lead cross-regional teams, manage staffing, and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of sales experience.
  • 5-8 years in catering or food service, with leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events.
  • Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
  • Flexible to travel to Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Surat.
