6 days working (Sundays off )

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Role Overview :
As a Career Counsellor / Senior Career Counsellor (Inside Sales), the role involves engaging with prospective students, providing detailed information about UG & PG programs, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Counselling prospective students on UG & PG programs

- Handling counselling through data calling and online chat platforms

- Advising students on degree programs and admission procedures

- Handling student queries over calls and online channels

- Converting leads into successful admissions

- Maintaining daily call, lead, and walk-in records

- Collecting and consolidating feedback from prospects

- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Eligibility & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Proven sales experience preferred (Education sector advantageous)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales-driven mindset with persuasion and negotiation ability

- Customer-centric approach

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Proficiency in CRM tools and related technology

Salary :
