Summary: A Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and hand holding training programs within an organization. Their primary goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the counsellors to improve individual and organizational performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Designing and developing effective training programs, materials, and resources. This includes creating training modules, presentations, manuals, and other relevant materials. Training Delivery: Delivering training sessions or coordinating with subject matter experts to provide instruction to clients. This involves being open to conducting workshops, seminars, webinars & utilizing e-learning platforms. Training hand holding: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback and analysing key performance indicators. Adjusting and refining training methods based on feedback and results. Training Administration: Managing the logistics of training programs, such as scheduling sessions, coordinating with clients, and ensuring training materials are accessible and up to date. Training Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications. Generating reports and analysing data to track training effectiveness and compliance. Stay Updated: Keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies. Continuously seeking professional development opportunities to enhance own skills and knowledge. Supporting client\'s individual basis post training ensuring effectiveness of the training imparted. The candidate is also required to do case supervisions. Open to take up both online and live sessions. Travel if required with regards to trainings. Knowledge of psychometric theories like MBTI, DISC, HOLLAND, 16PF, LEADERSHIP STYLES is a must. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of training principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and planning skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to develop targeted programs Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders Requirements: Master\'s in psychology/Counselling Candidate needs to be familiar with the skillset of HR Strategies, Psychometric Analysis, Behavioral Analysis, Career counselling, Training and Development. 3-8 years of experience in training and counselling. Additional Information: Work Hours: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday) Employment Type: Full-time (permanent) Location: Banglore
