The Candidate should be a specialist with working experience of structural simulations on complex assemblies using advanced simulation tools like ANSYS any other similar tools Should be able to independently/efficiently plan-execute complete simulation process, starting from understanding the designer\'s requirements, pre-processing, setup, solving, post-processing, results interpretation and report out Should possess strong analytical skills and ability to do hand calculations (related to mechanical design) to provide quick design directions, also to verify correctness of simulation behaviour Should possess very good ability to get useful interpretation from the CAE simulation results and relate them to corresponding physical Mechanism or Tests to arrive at useful conclusions for product design improvement Should be able to independently collaborate with product Design team, product, Testing team, CAE team members and other relevant stack holders to contribute in better product design and development Experience in simulation correlation with Test would be an added advantage Should be able to adhere to the following core values established within the organization viz. Wherever possible should be able to give constructive feedbacks for improvement of people and processes Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Good knowledge about mechanical structures theory and application Good knowledge with simulation tools like Ansys (or similar), Meshing tools etc. Analytical and problem-solving skills Good at technical documentation and technical report writing Good interpretation and presentation skills Very good team player Desired Skills & Abilities Experience of Model correlations with Test Experience in dynamic/impact simulations, fatigue will be added advantage Required Education And/or Experience Master\'s in mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace / Robotics Engineering or relevant streams At least 3 years of experience in Structural simulations (linear/non-linear) We Celebrate Who We Are!
