Job Title Senior C++ Developer



Drive the delivery of cutting-edge ETP (Exchange Traded Products) products and features.

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a talented ETP (Exchange Traded Products) Technical Specialist to join our team. You will design, develop, and maintain our applications, changing multiple systems from back to front end, with also working in greenfield products.

ETP will be a self-organized teams, you\'ll work closely with the business (from the European leadership), making key decisions about the product.

Our team values and promotes XP practices, including pair programming, TDD (Test-Driven Development), and continuous integration (CI), to foster collaboration and ensure code quality. We value high engineering standards and will use Dora Metrics to measure and improve our delivery process.

. 8+ years of relevant experience on the required skill set.

• Demonstrable understanding of modern C++, including STL, OOD/OOP and C++ 11/14/17.

• Practiced user of LINUX command line and scripting.

• Good troubleshooting skills and able to join the support rota.

• A good understanding of the Agile process.

• Proficiency in design at system and component levels and able to take ownership of features.

Experience in or willingness to learn distributed, low-latency, highly-concurrent systems will be a plus.
