What You\'ll Do

• You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution.
• Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching our CRM solution.
• Performing/interpreting requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities.
• Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
• Supports PM with project(s) updates, scheduling, invoicing, etc.
• Design and document new process and system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above from top-tier university in IT or related disciplines required.
• 5+ years general business analysis experience
• Minimum of 2 years\' Experience implementing CRM solutions (Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ areas) from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation.
• Prior experience in a sizable digital transformation project.
• Good understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
