We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Support Business Systems Analyst - Oracle HCM. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a strong, growing, successful, and innovative organization. You're the ideal candidate if you have a good understanding of the other Oracle ERP business flow/(s) and experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Application makes you an even stronger candidate.

What you'll do:

• Manage and support Oracle Cloud HCM application business processes
• Work with the business to support configuration changes, continuous improvements, and the optimization of existing systems and processes
• Manage and support the development of Oracle Cloud HCM applications and dependent processes
• Support business-critical activities and identify opportunities to automate and resolve recurring production issues
• Support during quarterly maintenance activities

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM and ERP technologies
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management
• Strong experience with HCM Extract (HR Archive, Payroll Interface types, Benefits), BI reports (RTF, eText, and Excel Template, XSL), and OTBI
• Strong experience with HCM Data Loader, File Based Loader, and Payroll Batch Loader conversion process
• Good integration experience with other modules / third-party applications/tool
• Very Good knowledge in roles and security
• Strong experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, Page Configurator
• Expertise with bi-directional interfaces for payroll, benefits, stocks, 401(k), etc.
• Experience/good understating of Oracle Fusion application architecture, Oracle Web-Services, and Rest-APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as well as perform in a dynamically changing environment

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

• Be knowledgeable about the Infoblox HCM business process
• Have hands-on experience with the Infoblox HCM and connected systems
• Participate in the development for the Ma'at enhancement features/stories

After about a year, you will

• Have deep knowledge of processes in the Infoblox HCM and connected systems like Fusion, Payroll, etc. and the technical skills to execute development cycles
• Collaborate with peers and teams across the organization in various development cycles
• Technically assist and guide new team members and help them ramp up
• Be a key contributor to the success of Infoblox
