A Moving Experience. Key Responsibilities: Capture reporting and analytical requirements for stakeholder use cases Design/build data models in Microsoft SQL and PowerBI environment. Pull the data from different source systems to the data warehouse. Support stakeholders\' enhancements and iterate use cases. Collaborate across teams on best practices for implementation and design in the Data and Reporting tools with consideration for security, costs, and performance. Automate repeatable tasks to create efficiencies in our workflows and enable innovation. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years\' experience as a data engineer/data analyst/business systems analyst designing BI tools. 4+ years\' experience with Microsoft SQL building queries, pulling data from different sources, and any ETL tools. 3+ years\' experience in Power BI, advanced skills Experience conducting data quality analysis of source system data. Experience with data modeling from Workday Financials, HubSpot, SpringCM, and/or other ERP/CLM systems. Experience eliciting business requirements from end users and defining BI solution recommendations to meet those requirements. Solid experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data governance methodologies Cerence Inc.
