Maintain and report on consolidated metrics to track the progress of IT achievements against objectives, including tracking of business benefit realization and financial reconciliation of major projects Assist in quantifying the benefits of improvements to the overall efficiency, consistency, and transparency with which the Digital & IT organization operates Partner with the organization s Finance business partner to understand the Digital & IT budget and provide transparency and insights to the management team Assist in establishing standard processes for regularly measuring Digital & IT team member engagement and internal customer satisfaction (e.g., CSAT, cNPS); capture measures and help drive action plans to improve overall satisfaction rating Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful analysis and reports experience supporting transformational and Business Process Improvement initiatives SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating detailed reports and communicating results. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience supporting transformational and business process improvement initiatives is a plus.
