Reporting to Sr Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, The Business Intelligence Analyst - III position is responsible for creating digital advantage through a partnership with functional leaders and IT organizations to implement leading finance technologies and advanced analytics solutions that transform business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet the changing business and market dynamics. As a pivot in Thermo Fisher Scientific APJ Comprising Japan, Korea, South Asia, South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand, Revenue Size: $3.5B, Business Intelligence Analyst shall support data-driven analytics and solutions throughout the entire APJ Finance/Commercial organization. This role shall lead a team of data/business analysts to maximize the data potential and assist in boosting the top line. The Business Intelligence Analyst works closely with multiple divisions and teams to bring everyone to the same page with solid, high-quality, consistent, and consolidated data. The candidate will play a critical role in the data warehouse architecture and design, data governance, and end-to-end solutions, and will not only oversee but be a pioneer in the digital transformation of the entire organization. Attitude to Transform data with intelligence as a product. The key responsibilities of this role are comprised of the following Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain the centralized Power BI Solutions.
• Partner in optimizing efforts to standardize the data cube.
• Creating/Updating documentation of database.
• Supporting stakeholders, BI Partners, and team in the efficient delivery of data/information through Power BI dashboard.
• Supports the evolution of BI architecture and takes part in roadmap activities around data platform architecture initiatives or changes from various ERP/SFDC systems.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity in DWH & AWS platforms for BI/Analytical reporting.
• Design & development of Interactive Reports/Dashboard for Finance & Commercial leaders using Power BI.

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, accounting & MIS, data science or computer science Experience:

• 6+ years of working experience in delivering data solutions using Power BI/Tableau.
• 2+ years of Experience building Cloud BI solutions using AWS and Azure as data lake backend sources and understanding of Power BI or similar as BI visualization tools
• Expert in SQL queries.
• Experience with agile development methodologies by following DevOps, Data Ops and Dev Sec Ops practices.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent Analysis and business requirement documentation skills.
• Source to target data analysis and mappings.
• Experience with relational and dimensional datasets, data warehouses, and ETL techniques to deliver BI solutions
• Strong and demonstrated system integration capabilities
• Ability to lead projects and processes independently
