Designation: Senior Business DevelopmentFull Time OpportunityLocation: Multiple:- Identify brands, businesses, and industries to service, with the objective of increasing our media usage.- Business development and sales for staff augmentation arm of the consulting firm.- Bid qualified resources on staff augmentation opportunities with various corporates. and financial institutions in NYC- Assist bid team with responses to Vendor of Record RFP process- Propose resources on staff augmentation opportunities in response to NDA and SOW\'s from clients- Be a main interface for the staff augmentation sales process for various IT Financial Services staffing opportunities- Work with the recruiters to build up the appropriate resource pipeline for Financial Services IT staffing opportunities- Work with the Delivery Manager and the Client Executive to develop resource needs and assist in recruiting process- Follow up with customers on results of staff augmentation opportunities.- Communicate with staff augmentation candidates and client lead contact during procurement process. (eg. coordination of interviews and communication of results)- Establish contacts with key decision-makers of large corporate clients.- Capable of conceiving original consumer engagement strategies and pitch them to clients and developing long-term -relations.- Develop customized strategies for win-win associations with clients from various industries and agencies.- Constantly gauge market responses for further strengthening our business relationships.
