Position: Asst. Director/Director - Business Development & Strategy (Leading Law Firm)

Role:

- Markets/Strategy/Business Development role in a Leading Law Firm

- Driving relationships with existing/new clients

- Cross sell all offerings

- Incumbent will be tasked with identifying, pursuing and closing sales for all the firm\'s offerings

- Will work to achieve sales targets for a defined territory or target account list

- Incumbent will be expected to grow the business in the region growth.

- Communicate the significant value proposition of the company\'s entire portfolio of offerings

- Incorporate knowledge of the firm\'s products and services, the customer, and key competitors into the sales process and use that knowledge to uncover customer needs and create value-based solutions

Requirements:

- 12-20 yrs of experience in a Coverage/Business Development/Relationship management role for Large Corporates in a Law Firm/Bank/Investment Bank/Financial Services Firm/Professional Services Firm

- Strong existing relationships with at least 10 large/reputed clients

- Good skills to learn about value proposition of all offerings of the firm

- Good skills to cross sell all offerings

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present solutions and service information to Client\'s Senior Management

Location: Delhi NCR
