We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Senior Business Development Managers to join our growing team in Mumbai and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management and a proven track record of handling HNI/NRI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and provide advisory on trades across equities, derivatives, and options strategies.
Manage HNI and NRI client portfolios, offering customized investment solutions such as PMS, Mutual Funds, Private Equity, and AIFs.
Drive revenue growth through brokerage services and third-party product sales.
Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering tailored investment advice and maintaining strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize portfolio performance and client retention.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field (NISM certifications preferred).
3-5 years of experience in business development, wealth management, or broking.
Deep understanding of capital markets, investment products, and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, client handling, and advisory skills.
Proven ability to meet revenue targets and build long-term client relationships.
