The platform is primarily used for contacting professionals and for career development and allows job Providers to post their JD to employees about job openings.- Our client was founded by Joel Immanuel previous known as - Town- and later renamed as Town Contacts Technologies with the aim of providing a protective data access of the world's widest Public sourced data community for B2B salespeople.The Job :Your Responsibilities will include :- Cold Calling/Email, Chat.- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.- Answering questions about products or the company.- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.- To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.- To categorize the prospective leads and pitch sales with them.- To Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.- SAAS Sales.Ideal Candidate :Skills Required :- Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Postgraduate.- Excellent communication in English & Hindi & Kannada Strong Written and Verbal Skills.- Candidates having experience in International Voice & Non-Voice Process will be preferred.- Minimum 1 year Experience in Digital Marketing /Sales Will be Preferred- Soft Skills, Email, Chat, Customer Handling.- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.- Knowledge About Google Sheets and Excel Maintenance.- Should have a laptop (ref:updazz.com)
