Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, or other digital communication methods.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and how they meet the needs of potential clients.
Provide information and answer questions regarding product features, benefits, pricing, and delivery.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations to educate and engage potential clients.
Tailor presentations to the specific needs and interests of the customer.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with potential customers.
Work with the sales manager or account executives to close deals and meet targets.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Update lead status and track the progress of sales opportunities.
