Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in business development and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Valid bike driving license and willingness to travel
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Includes Travelling on daily basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and identify potential opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets
