Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling IT products and software solutions As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, forging strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth Responsibilities: Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the assigned territory to promote our SaaS platform and software solutions Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Understand client needs and pain points to tailor solutions that effectively address their communication and automation requirements. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients. Continuously stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in selling IT products, software solutions, or related technology services. Strong understanding of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model and the ability to communicate its benefits effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to identify leads, develop relationships, and close sales deals. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
