Digital Solutions is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for its Pune location who will work alongside other business analysts and report to the delivery manager. Summary of : Your main responsibilities as a Sr. Business Analyst will include performing detailed requirement analysis in close coordination with various business teams, documenting requirements, communicating requirements to various stakeholders, maintaining product backlogs, helping conceptualize and deliver solutions along with the software development teams and facilitating testing and incorporation of the solutions created into the organization. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in preferably one of the following engineering domains - Civil/Environmental/Transportation/Energy/Water/Buildings, excellent communication and analytical skills and a passion to solve real world problems using digital technology. A good awareness of the current developments in digital industry is also necessary. Key Responsibilities: . Capturing, evaluating, and documenting business requirements to conceptualize the most optimal technology solution for development and implementation. . Creating and maintaining backlog of product features in an Agile - SCRUM based organization. . Effectively communicating analysis and insights to cross-functional team members and management to facilitate solution delivery. . Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements by performing reviews and system testing. . Facilitating user acceptance testing and incorporation of the solutions. . Conducting meetings, presentations, and demos to various stakeholders to share ideas and findings. . Gathering critical information about clients and competition to produce relevant business intelligence. . Staying up to date on the latest engineering and digital advancements to innovate solution approaches. . Representing Stantec Digital Solutions in internal as well as global fora on application of Digital technologies within the Engineering world. Title: Senior Business Analyst Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: . A bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Information Technology. . A minimum of 5 years of experience as Business Analyst (Technology Solutions) in preferably at least one of the following engineering domains - Civil/Environmental/Transportation/Energy/Water/Buildings. . Must have worked in Agile based software development projects with good knowledge of tools and processes involved. . Be passionate and possess good awareness about the digital world. . Exceptional communication, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. . The ability to ask probing questions and work closely with stakeholders to determine problems and their most optimal solutions. . Excellent documentation skills. . Competency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. . Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations. . Experience in wireframing tools such as Adobe, Figma etc. will be an advantage. . Experience in analytical dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. will be an advantage. . Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. . A solid track record of following through commitments. . Willingness to travel abroad for limited durations for interacting with clients or working on client projects, if required.
