We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst . This role will support client project/projects and will be based in Hyderabad

Primary Responsibilities

Must Have:

• Deep understanding of IT service offerings and managed services delivery model
• Own new business opportunities from creation to customer signature working with a cross-functional team across the different service lines
• Support creation of customer facing proposals
• Assist in identifying solutions to customer problems
• Contribute to process improvement/efficiency projects
• Capture internal approvals
• Help with project costing and pricing

• Understanding of deal lifecycle management and customer buying behaviors
• Responsible for the overall development and documentation of current and future products
• Lead project and business process analysis sessions
• Involve in all the phases of project deliver and document all the processes for future reference on new projects
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff
• Manage tasks to meet assigned project dates
• Experience in core IT service offerings and managed services
• Project management experience in context of reporting & client management is key

• Bachelors degree/MBA
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and consultative skills

• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of business structure
