  Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  Data Analysis:
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
  • Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and present data effectively.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

  Solution Design:
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
  • Collaborate in the design and validation of system solutions, ensuring they align with business needs.
  • Assist in the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.

  Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• ITSM domain experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills and experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK).
• Experience with business process modeling and design tools.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
