Oracle Retail Batch Support Analyst
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities
Analyse the oracle retail batch issues, coordinate with L1/L2 batch monitoring team and take necessary actions on batch jobs.
Addresses and resolves batch issues by carrying out basic diagnostics and identifying the problems.
Provides technical assistance and support for queries and issues raised by the other IT functions related to RMS batch in production.
Accurately logs, process and tracks batch related incidents/requests from identification through resolution; engages other service desk resources / vendor teams or appropriate service
Available to support Oracle Retail suite nightly batches & willing to work in night shifts
