Key Responsibilities
Brand Voice & Strategy
? Develop and maintain QI Spine's distinctive brand voice across all touchpoints--website, social media, blogs, newsletters, patient communications, and marketing materials
? Ensure consistent messaging that reflects our brand personality: Empathetic, Expert, Reassuring, and Approachable
? Create brand guidelines and writing frameworks that guide the entire marketing and communications team
Content Creation
? Write compelling long-form content including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and educational guides that position QI Spine as a thought leader
? Develop patient-facing content (social media posts, SMS, WhatsApp messages, email campaigns) that educates, encourages, and empowers
? Create website copy, landing pages, and product descriptions that convert while maintaining medical accuracy
? Write scripts for videos, patient testimonials, and branded narratives
? Produce internal communications, press releases, and corporate messaging
Medical-to-Accessible Translation
? Translate complex medical concepts (spine conditions, AI diagnostics, DSA technology) into clear, relatable language without oversimplifying
? Work closely with medical professionals to ensure accuracy while prioritizing patient understanding
? Develop analogies, metaphors, and explanations that demystify advanced treatments and technology
Patient Journey Storytelling
? Create narratives that address patient pain points and build emotional connection
? Develop patient education materials that guide people through their recovery journey
? Craft messaging for different patient segments (working professionals, homemakers, elderly patients, etc.)
? Write persuasive yet empathetic content that encourages consultation bookings and treatment commitment
Collaboration & Leadership
? Lead content strategy discussions with marketing, medical, and operations teams
? Mentor junior writers and content creators, establishing quality standards
? Conduct content audits and provide feedback to improve overall brand communication
? Collaborate with designers, video producers, and social media managers to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
Research & Insights
? Stay updated on industry trends, patient concerns, and competitive landscape
? Research spine care topics, treatment innovations, and patient success stories
? Develop content based on patient FAQs, common objections, and emerging healthcare trends
? Incorporate data and research (including QI Spine's 16 published papers) into compelling narratives
Performance & Optimization
? Monitor content performance metrics and refine messaging based on engagement data ? A/B test different messaging approaches for patient communications
? Provide recommendations on content strategy improvements based on audience response
