The role serves the purpose of managing & improving the performance of the assigned brand by
a. Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brand
b. Aiding on conceptualization & set up of a product pipeline for future (NPD)
Key Deliverables :
- Net Revenue
- Value Market Share
- Gross Contribution Target
- NPD Pipeline / Stage Gate Milestones
- Brand Health Indicators
Key Activities :
- Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)
- Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs
- Ideate & contribute to planning of ongoing projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)
- Co-ordinate with Market research agencies, Ad agencies and internal functions on execution of project plan
- Drive on ground execution with Sales function & track success parameters
- Track Brand Health regularly & highlight information of relevance to upcoming / future work on the brand
- Aid Category Head in the preparation of the Annual budget
- Lead & contribute to streamlining improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing
Role Requirements :
Educational Qualifications : PG Degree in General/Marketing Management from Tier 1 B School
Experience (Type & Nature) : 7 years FMCG (With at least 4 years in Core Consumer Marketing / Category Specifications
Skills & Technical Competencies :
- Brand, Product Strategy
- Strong understanding of Brand Operations
- Basic understanding of Media & CMI operations
- Commercial Understanding
