Maximize performance on sales, Profitability, Achieving Targets on month on month for BCSS channel in coordination with operations team.
What does the job entails?
Driving sales targets and margins.
Design and implement a sales plan that helps the team meet their business targets.
Implementing Channel strategy
Implement Operation Plans for BCSS channel with specific focus towards Needs based Selling and Activity Management
Support the business planning and implementation process for the business with the Associate Vice President Direct Sales
Review team's progress against plan and guide them to succeed.
Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management process.
Ensure quality and persistency of the business.
Work Experience
Total 6 years plus sales experience. Out of which minimum 2 years of team management experience is essential. BFSI Industry experience will be preferred.
Essential Qualification
Minimum Graduate
Age- 28 to 45 yrs

Strong sales planning, Team management and High achievement drive
