Sales Management, People Development & Leadership, Ensuring timely achievement of targets assigned to one's team. What does the job entail? Build and train a team of front line sales to convert the business leads, generated by the call centre and branch operations teams. Design and implement a sales plan that helps the team meet their business targets.Review team's progress against plan and guide them to succeed.Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management processEnsure quality and persistency of the business. Work Experience Total 6 years plus sales experience. Out of which minimum 2 years of team management experience is essential. BFSI Industry experience will be preferred. Essential Qualification Minimum Graduate Age- 28 to 38 yrs Preferred Skills Strong sales planning, Team management and High achievement drive
