Role Summary: Senior Bilingual BA

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 6-9 years of IT experience designing and integrating solutions related to Charging, Billing, CRM, and Order Management/Order Negotiation.
• 2-3 years of service oriented software development or data integration design experience.
• Skilled in system architecture, designs, specifications, system testing and system users training in design, and configuration.
• Expertise in analysing Business and Development Specifications Use Cases, and Detail Design to develop requirement gathering, analysing the business process, conducting Feasibility studies, Document generation and conducting sessions.
• Deep knowledge and highly experienced in services and data modelling, API development and consumption, automation.
• Experience with full software-development lifecycle - understanding and appreciation of the inception, design, construction, deployment and management aspects of a solution.
• Knowhow of backend development and development/consumption of REST and SOAP APIs using JSON.
• Knowhow of applications development using full stack technologies Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate/ORM, Web Services (REST & SOAP), JPA, Patterns/OO Design, Java Messaging Services (JMS).
• Understanding of business integration issues and technologies.
• Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
• Experience in BSS of Net cracker (preferred), Amdocs, Huawei, Ericsson and Oracle

Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including:

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
• Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
• On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables Specialization Match Note: Para-Professional incumbents update/maintain project schedules and associated resource plans and prepares progress reports. Para-Professional support may be in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment supporting multiple IT Projects.
