Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager. Introduction: o Work with the BA\'s / Project/Programme Manager and stakeholders to identify, quantify, plan and control all business analysis related activity on a business change project/programme from initial scoping, requirements gathering, through to operational design. o To manage specific Business Analysis work streams on major business change projects and small change programmes to provide specialist, objective analytical insight based on work completed by Subject Matter Experts (SME\'s) on a project/programme. o To assess, design, develop and implement new business processes, systems, products and services that are the deliverables from a strategic business change project as part of an overall strategic business change programme. o Complete a complex and diverse range of tasks against Key Performance Indicators (KPI\'s) o Actively contribute and champion the development of the change delivery process. o To lead objective analytical insight based on work completed by Subject Matter Experts (SME\'s) on BAU activities and business change projects. o To initiate, formulate and present recommendations based on analysis in order to influence the decisions made by the Project management and Business Architect function. o Own and direct specific deliverables within the Business Analysis work streams. o Provide support to the Project Manager and Business Architect. o Be responsible for their own professional development needs What will you be doing o Delivery of business analysis work streams to meet project targets and KPIs o Actively contribute to the realisation of the project aims and objectives, and the contribution of business analysis to those aims and objectives o Manage specific project business analysis work streams to meet project targets o Effective management and reporting of own time to deliver against project plan o Report progress regularly to the project manager or Senior / Lead BA o Ensure the delivery and presentation of business analysis is to appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan o Undertake business analyst interviews (including organising and facilitating joint requirements planning sessions and working groups) and analysis o Provide data analysis and scenario modelling o Provide objective analysis of SME output o Provide analytical support to project management and the leadership team where appropriate o Maintain leading-edge personal and professional development by regular and focused activity, which covers the complete development spectrum (i.e. conferences, courses, personal coaching, brown bag sessions etc.). What we\'re looking for: . BA skills/experience in Salesforce or CRM platforms . Drive for results & Problem Solving . Experience of working within a SDLC and Agile project environment . In particular, the following must be evident: requirements gathering including business process modelling, analysis and functional design, writing business & technical documentation, risks and issues management, stakeholder communications Skills that will help you in the role : . Industry standard BA qualification . Understanding of BA methodologies .
