Job Description

Identifies data requirements and define requirements with business sponsor and stakeholders. Translates business requirements to system design (reporting + analytics). Interprets existing data and system capabilities. Works with SMEs during UX design and system design. Partners with ETL team to product infrastructure and systems to accommodate nonfunctional + functional requirements. Designs and develops reports and analytics (data visualization via scorecard and dashboards). Tests to determine if data requirements are met. Completes performance tuning. Completes quality assurance on data. Performs quality control at design stage. Performs user acceptance testing. Provides on-call support including tracking tickets, handling incidents, supporting ongoing customer needs and internal team collaboration, research and investigating inquiries and suspected issues, monitor ER jobs and job failures (batches). Documents work performed in knowledge base. Manages change control. Conducts intra team peer reviews. Provides training to other staff. Manages requests for service process to determine team priorities. Completes solution management/continuous improvement. Coordinates day to day workload. Serves as escalation point for team. Manages customer relationships. Coaches team members through projects. Conducts weekly team meetings. Prepares/updates status reports. Serves as final signoff of projects. Develops application (biz object toolkit). Completes customer training on reports and Universe. Manages all business analytics application admin upgrades, security, user access.
