Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and wine/beer selections.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, and handling payments.

Inventory Management:

Maintain and replenish bar inventory, including liquors, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring optimal stock levels.

Staff Training:

Train and supervise other bartenders, ensuring they understand and follow recipes, customer service standards, and safety regulations.

Bar Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper storage and equipment functionality.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with management to create, update, and implement cocktail menus, considering customer preferences and trends.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including alcohol service policies.

Cost Control:

Monitor and control beverage costs, including waste reduction and inventory management.

Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to the bar team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, providing timely and accurate information.
