Beverage Preparation:

Skillfully preparing, serving, and presenting coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.

Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, providing menu recommendations, and handling customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Equipment Operation:

Operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment, including regular cleaning and calibration.

Cash Handling:

Accurately processing transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and digital payments.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, coffee bar, and seating area in compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies like cups, beans, and condiments, and assisting with inventory checks.

Teamwork:

Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient customer service.
