Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offers End to End business process and analytics solutions. OGBS currently offers its solutions in 6 Platforms: Finance, Supply Chain, People services, Risk & Market Compliance, Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Job Summary

Digital Olam is a brand-new group with the energy, drive, and brave thinking attitude that is needed to bring innovation to Olam. Our job is to accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with our business units, we prototype ideas, test them in real business scenarios, and quickly adapt the solution. • Deep understanding of web applications in mobile interphase.
• Identify the requirement & define criteria to validate, participate in scope discussion
• Write exhaustive test cases, define, and refine acceptance criteria in functional & non-functional testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts from provided functional and technical designs, functional test scripts
• Review automation results, debug failures and suggest changes to frameworks, as needed
• Track and report defects in an agile development environment
• Implement efficient monitoring and feedback analysis of automated test results
• Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines

Profile Description

• Graduate in any specialization with 4 - 8 years of Automation Testing & Manual Testing experience
• Experience in writing Automation Framework - Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG
• Experience in writing Mobile Automation scripts using Appium (For Android & iOS)
• Experience in API/RESTful service testing
• Must be proficient in JAVA/OOPs concept
• Strong analytical and conceptual design skills; strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of end users
