As part of our mission to enhance financial crime detection and prevention, we are building a next-generation FinCrime Investigation & Detection system powered by external data integrations and holistic insights. We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Owner to lead the DataIQ initiative, shaping products that combat financial crime while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This new SaaS platform will enable our customers (some of the biggest financial institutes around the world) to create solutions on the platform to fight financial crime.
Have you got what it takes?
BS/MS in CS or equivalent with 4-8 years of experience in Manual and Automation testing with at least 3 years of QA Automation experience
Responsibilities:

• Understanding detail requirements for Functional and Usability to test web applications and backend services.
• Reviewing stories in detail to participate in grooming, sprint planning, and assess testing efforts
• Write detail test cases to ensure thorough testing for any given feature or function, as well as exploratory testing for scenarios that are not defined.
• Performing hands-on test execution
• Automating test cases for functional regression testing
• Contributing to product design to ensure testability and robustness of products and features
• Working closely with PM and Developers to deliver high quality releases for production.
• Defining and improving QA Processes/ Best Practices
• Applying innovative concepts in testing to enhance the test coverage, improve Quality and Reliability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application and environment issues
• Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in CS or equivalent with 4-8 years of experience in Manual and Automation testing with at least 3 years of QA Automation experience
• Experience in Behavior driven framework design and development for QA automation using Java (Windows / Linux environment)
• Experience with API automation tools like SOAP UI/Postman.
• Good scripting experience in relational database such as Oracle, MSSQL and PostgreSQL
• Requirement gathering and Defect management using tools like Confluence, JIRA
• Sound knowledge of SDLC phases and Testing Life cycle
• Experience in creating and executing detail Test Suites/Test Cases
• Knowledge/Experience of non-functional performance testing will be an added advantage
• Experience working and testing in private and public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP will be an added advantage
• Experience working on Actimize solutions or Anti Money Laundering, Case Management or Fraud Detection product will be an added advantage
• Familiar with CI/CD and experience with Jenkins, Artifactory and working knowledge in Docker will be an added advantage
• Experience testing with Rules Engines and Workflow Engines will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; friendly disposition; work effectively as a team player
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
