Our Headquarters is located in LA, California. Our Office in India is in Connaught Place, Delhi. This position is work from home in India. Job Title: Senior Attorney Legal (equivalent to Manager)
Experiences: 8 to 10 years
Location: India Job Specification:
- Negotiate, draft, review, redline IT Contracts namely software, hardware, consulting services, SaaS agreements, SOWs and NDAs
- Working knowledge of procurement and vendor management
- Negotiate pricing of software and hardware contracts
- Negotiate directly with clients/vendor attorneys
- Closely work with internal teams such as finance, security, delivery teams to bring the contract to closure
- Drafting risk summaries of various contracts focusing on legal risk
- Knowledge of data protection/privacy requirement
- Legal Research for ICT and Telecom Laws
- Prior knowledge of sourcing deals \xe2\x80\x93 MSA, Schedules such as service levels, pricing methodology, benchmarking etc
- Inhouse Legal Work
- Working knowledge of US Laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexi hours
- Ability to work independent with minimum to no supervision
- MS Office Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Word, PPT and Excel
- Passport needed
