Job Responsibilities
- Performing review of the Dispatch system to identifying more efficient ways to inspect our customers\xe2\x80\x99 vehicles
- Making Outcalls to bodyshops or customers to confirm vehicle location and promote Virtual methods of vehicle inspection.
- Answering Inbound Calls specifically from Internal teams across Allstate to help with Status of a claim, modification of assignment/inspections or Follow-ups
- Collaborating with Stateside/Onshore teams to arrange for Adjuster availability/confirming suitable type of inspections
- Managing schedules for the Auto field adjusters on a daily basis to ensure efficient completion of schedules and delivery of services to our customers.
- Serving as point of contact for Claim owners, auto technicians and Good Hands Repair Network shops on moderately complex and occasionally complex issues related to inspection and schedule
- Attending daily huddles and participate in problem solving sessions and sharing best practices across all teams
- Managing specific Mailbox responding to emails from Customers, Bodyshops, Adjusters & Internal teams which also requires researching on a claim

The auto-dispatchers are critical to the success of the Auto field operation. Their role serves as the primary contact for our Auto-Field group. They work alongside the team of inspection coordinators to dispatch field and drive in assignments via our Work Management software and dispatching system.
